Please note the personalisation will appear in fixed upper case on lines 2 & 3, line 1 will appear as entered, please avoid using block capitals as this may make the personalisation hard to read.

Your order is dispatched with our courier for delivery the following working day when ordered Monday - Friday before 1pm. This is not a Weekend Delivery service, any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Any items ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the first working day.
