Personalisation Details
- Name Length: You can personalise the stocking with a name of up to 10 characters. We can embroider most standard characters like ó and á etc. We cannot embroider any Emojis or symbols, just standard alphabet letters.
- Capital Letters: We do not recommend using all CAPITAL LETTERS on the stocking as it affects the font size and appearance. Customisation using all capitals is done at your own risk.
- Size Variation: Names of different lengths will be embroidered to the maximum height or width, whichever comes first. For example, names like "Rob" and "Christopher" will appear in different sizes. Returns are not accepted for variations in name sizes.

We offer three delivery options for your order. Please check on the individual product page that the item you are ordering is eligible for the delivery service you require. All products are available on Royal Mail 1st Class and 2nd Class.
Royal Mail 2nd Class
Estimated to arrive with you between 3 and 5 working days after dispatch - £3.95
Royal Mail 1st Class
Estimated to arrive with you between 2 and 4 working days after dispatch - £4.95
Next Working Day Delivery
Your order is dispatched with our courier for delivery the following working day when ordered Monday - Friday before 1pm. This is not a Weekend Delivery service, any orders placed after 1pm on Thursday and before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Any orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Any items ordered at the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the first working day. - £7.95
Saturday Delivery
Your order will be dispatched via our courier’s Saturday delivery service. Orders must be placed before 1:00pm on the Friday to be eligible for Saturday delivery the next day - £9.95
